ITS Help Desk provides the first line of support to the college community on the services provided by the Information Technology Services department. Areas of support include:
The Help Desk also provides end user training through workshops, new employee orientations, user documentation and drop in sessions. Students, faculty and staff can stop by for help on using enterprise-wide systems and applications. It is also serves as the point of contact for the SUNY Learning Network systems, and Turnitin. Note that the SUNY Learning Network, and Turnitin offer help on their respective web sites. The ITS Help Desk will not
